Who is behind KUSTURA?
Welcome to KUSTURA Backmischung(baking mix), the first organic start-up in the Mölltal that specializes in the production of gluten-free organic baking mixes according to Anthony William. I pride myself on using quality ingredients as locally as possible to offer you the best possible quality.
I know the importance of following a gluten-free diet and understand that finding gluten-free foods that taste good can often be difficult. That's one of the reasons why I decided to develop baking mixes that are not only gluten-free, but also healthy and taste good.
When I realized that my daughter was gluten intolerant, it was quite a challenge for us as a family. Since she either didn't like the gluten-free bread or baking mixes she bought, or she didn't tolerate them well due to various ingredients, as a mother I had to get the dough myself.
The organic gluten-free oat bread is the first bread that completely convinced my daughter. My focus was always on the naturalness of the ingredients and at the same time doing justice to the taste of a child.
My mixtures therefore only contain natural ingredients and are free from artificial additives, release agents and preservatives.
"Simply natural" is therefore not just a slogan for me, it is much more my own philosophy of life, which I like to share with others. During production, I work closely with a Carinthian farm, where quality is very important. As a manufacturer, all baking mixes are mixed, filled, labelled and packaged by me by hand.
