Who is behind KUSTURA?

Welcome to KUSTURA Backmischung,

the first organic start-up in Mölltal specializing in the
production of

gluten-free organic baking mixes according to Anthony
William. I am

proud to use high-quality ingredients sourced as locally as
possible to offer

you the best possible quality.

 

I understand the importance of maintaining a gluten-free
diet and I know

that it can often be challenging to find gluten-free foods
that taste good.

That's one of the reasons why I decided to develop baking
mixes that are not only

gluten-free but also healthy and delicious.

 

When I realized that my daughter couldn't tolerate

gluten, it was quite a challenge for our family. Since

she either didn't like the store-bought gluten-free breads
or couldn't tolerate them due to various ingredients, I had

to take matters into my own hands as a mother and start
baking.

 

The organic gluten-free oat bread was the first

bread that completely convinced my daughter. My focus was
always on

the naturalness of the ingredients while also meeting a
child's taste preferences.

 

That's why my mixes only contain natural ingredients and are
free from

artificial additives, separating agents, and preservatives.

 

"Simply natural" is not just a slogan for me, but
rather, it represents my own life philosophy that

I'm happy to share with others. In production, I work
closely with a

Carinthian farm that prioritizes quality. As a small-scale
producer, I personally mix, package,

label, and pack all the baking mixes by hand.
