I am proud to use high-quality ingredients sourced as locally as possible to offer you the best possible quality. I understand the importance of maintaining a gluten-free diet and I know that it can often be challenging to find gluten-free foods that taste good. That's one of the reasons why I decided to develop baking mixes that are not only gluten-free but also healthy and delicious. When I realized that my daughter couldn't tolerate gluten, it was quite a challenge for our family. Since she either didn't like the store-bought gluten-free breads or couldn't tolerate them due to various ingredients, I had to take matters into my own hands as a mother and start baking. The organic gluten-free oat bread was the first bread that completely convinced my daughter. My focus was always on the naturalness of the ingredients.
