For this recipe you need the following ingredients:
1 pack of "PIZZA & MEHR" from KUSTURA baking mix
(gluten-free, organic, vegan)
7 g sea salt (or to taste)
2 tablespoons olive oil
400 ml lukewarm water
Pour the baking mix into a bowl and mix with salt. Add the olive oil and water to the mixture and mix with a hand mixer with a dough hook or a food processor for about 2 minutes. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes, then dust with a little tapioca starch or rice flour and shape into a loaf.
Bake the bread on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 90 minutes. (If possible, use a pizza stone; otherwise, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.)
Then wrap the finished bread in a clean kitchen towel and let it cool completely.
TIP! (If you slice the bread too early, it may be soggy inside because the residual moisture hasn't evaporated yet.)
